Position hiérarchique : Rattaché(e) à la Direction Générale de l’hôtel. Encadre les services RH, Paie, Formation, Sécurité & Bien-être au travail. a. Stratégie et pilotage RH : Définir et mettre en œuvre la politique RH en cohérence avec la stratégie globale de l’hôtel. Garantir la conformité réglementaire, le respect du droit du travail et des normes sociales et sécuritaires. Conseiller la Direction sur les aspects organisationnels et humains. Participer activement au Comité de Direction et aux décisions stratégiques. b. Gestion du personnel et climat social : Superviser l’ensemble du cycle RH : recrutement, intégration, formation, évaluation et départs. Accompagner les chefs de département (hébergement, restauration, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) dans la gestion de leurs équipes. Assurer une communication interne efficace et maintenir un bon climat social. Veiller à la motivation, la fidélisation et la montée en compétences des collaborateurs. c. Formation, développement et performance : Identifier les besoins en formation et élaborer un plan de développement des compétences adapté aux métiers de l’hôtellerie. Mettre en place des programmes de formation continue (service client, qualité, sécurité, leadership, langues, etc.). Piloter les entretiens annuels et les plans de succession. d. Recrutement et marque employeur : Attirer les meilleurs talents du secteur hôtelier en collaborant avec les écoles hôtelières et les partenaires emploi. Renforcer la marque employeur de l’hôtel à travers des actions de communication, d’événements internes et de fidélisation du personnel. Garantir une expérience collaborateur positive dès l’intégration. e. Rémunération et reporting : Définir et suivre la politique de rémunération, de primes et d’avantages en nature (hébergement, restauration, transport). Suivre la masse salariale et produire les tableaux de bord RH (taux de rotation, absentéisme, formation, satisfaction). 3. Actions RSE (Responsabilité Sociétale de l’Entreprise) : Élaborer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie RSE de l’hôtel en lien avec la direction et les standards du groupe. Promouvoir les valeurs environnementales et sociales auprès des collaborateurs. Organiser des actions de sensibilisation : tri des déchets, économie d’énergie, réduction du plastique, participation à des actions locales (plages propres, soutien à des associations locales, etc.). Favoriser la diversité, l’égalité des chances et l’inclusion au sein du personnel. Mettre en place des programmes de bien-être au travail et de santé mentale. 4. Gestion des événements internes et engagement collaborateur : Organiser les événements internes : Pots de départ, célébrations de réussite, journée du personnel, concours internes, etc. Activités de team building pour renforcer la cohésion et la motivation. 5. Compétences clés : Techniques : Maîtrise du droit du travail, de la paie et de la gestion des effectifs multiservices. Bonne connaissance des métiers de l’hôtellerie et de leurs contraintes opérationnelles. Compétence en gestion de projet RSE et communication interne. Utilisation des SIRH et outils de suivi RH. Managériales et relationnelles : Leadership positif et capacité à fédérer des équipes multiculturelles. Sens du service et excellente communication.
