Eine Kombination aus einem Pflicht- und einem freiwilligen Praktikum ist hierbei ebenfalls möglich. Im Rahmen dieses Praktikums begleitest und unterstützt du unsere HR Operations Specialists im operativen Tagesgeschäft und erlangst dabei viele Einblicke in unterschiedliche HR-Themen und HR-Bereiche. Zu den Aufgaben gehören: Unterstützung bei der administrativen Durchführung verschiedener Personalmaßnahmen inkl. Erstellung verschiedener Vereinbarungen und Dokumente für Mitarbeitende, z.B. Erstellung von (Arbeits-)Bescheinigungen in deutscher und englischer Sprache unter Berücksichtigung unternehmensspezifischer Regelungen Mitarbeit im HR-Prozess „Onboarding neue Mitarbeitende“, z. B.
