The Accounts / HR & Admin Assistant supports the daily operations of the finance, human resources, and administrative functions. This role involves handling staff claims, processing financial transactions, managing HR documentation, and providing administrative support to the CEO to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. Handle CEO expense claims, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies. Manage Airwallex corporate cards transaction. Assist in tracking invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation for filing and audit purposes. Human Resources Manage new joiner and leaver processes in HReasily, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance of employee records. Administer and track leave applications, ensuring proper approval and recordkeeping. Handle applications for work passes, permits, and renewals with relevant authorities. Support HR documentation such as employment letters, confirmation letters, and related correspondence. Administrative & Executive Support Provide PA support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence management. Assist in coordination of internal and external meetings or company events. Perform general office administrative duties as assigned (e.g. procurement of office supplies, vendor coordination). Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounts or HR administration preferred. Familiar with HReasily and Airwallex systems (training can be provided). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Good attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask. Discreet, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Remote role; Mandarin proficiency will be highly regarded due to regular coordination with Chinese-speaking colleagues and clients
