Job Description The HR Specialist will be responsible for assisting in coordinating recruitment for a variety of clinical positions. Only applicants with prior experience in HR work will be considered. Responsibilities: Filling positions within the agency. Assists with job posting and advertisement processes. Screens applications and selects qualified candidates. Scheduling applicants for interviews. Assists with the interview process, conducting interviews with clinical managers, directors, and other stakeholders. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. A minimum of 1 year recruiting/scheduling experience. A minimum of 1 year in HR field or equivalent work experience required.
