Position Summary As a Project Manager you will manage construction projects valued at over $30 million from a business perspective. You will work closely with the Construction Superintendent throughout the construction process to deliver the best building and service possible for our clients. Preparing contracts and confidently negotiating revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements. Liaising with the project team, clients, consultants and sub-contractors. Training and mentoring Project Coordinators.
