Responsabilités du poste : Diriger des projets de construction, de réparation et de rénovation, de l’estimation à l’acceptation par le client. Gérer les contrats et les sous-traitants, et assurer l’exécution en temps opportun des livrables du projet. Inspirer et encadrer les équipes, en favorisant l’innovation, la collaboration et l’excellence du rendement. Coordonner avec les équipes de fabrication pour harmoniser les délais de production avec les calendriers de projet. Surveiller les budgets, les échéanciers et les rapports sur les travaux en cours afin d’assurer l’efficacité des projets. Superviser les processus de gestion du changement et assurer la documentation appropriée des changements de portée. Tenir des dossiers de projet organisés et assurer la conformité aux procédures de contrôle des documents. Mener des réunions avec les clients, des inspections de site et assurer l’harmonisation des intervenants tout au long du cycle de vie du projet. Soutenir l’administration des contrats et contribuer à l’amélioration continue dans toutes les succursales d’ATCO. S’assurer que tous les travaux sont conformes aux normes de sécurité d’ATCO, aux règlements en matière de SST et aux attentes en matière de qualité. Qualifications professionnelles : Au moins cinq ans d’expérience de travail sur des projets de construction de taille moyenne, combinée à une formation postsecondaire en gestion de la construction, en technologie de l’ingénierie ou dans les domaines de l’architecture De 3 à 7 ans d’expérience progressive en gestion de projets de construction. Expérience en gestion de contrats (petits, moyens et grands) Connaissance de la négociation de contrats, de l’estimation et de la planification financière.
