Required 7-10+ years of U.S. employment-based immigration experience, including deep expertise in high-volume NIV and IV processes. 3-5+ years of leadership experience, including formal people management. Executive-ready communication skills and strong client facilitation abilities. Advanced proficiency with immigration case-management and reporting systems; comfort driving technology adoption.
