Position Profile: Reporting to the Team Lead, the CSR will be a self starter with a strong work ethic and a "Can do" attitude. This position will act as the first point of contact for customers, assuring their experience with Waterdown Collision is as easy and stress free as possible. The role will require that the individual maintain a system to keep multiple responsibilities and duties on track. This is a multi-faceted role with a variety of duties including, but not limited to, answering phones promptly, efficiently, and with the highest level of courtesy. Covering the reception desk, scheduling appointments and booking vehicle repairs, arranging and communicating rental cars and shuttle services, basic administration, maintaining client files, data entry, receiving payments and reviewing invoices with the customer. The ability to work collaboratively as a team and sharing insights and issues with the Team Lead is essential. This posting reflects a current hiring need for our client.
