With warehouse facilities in several states and service reps covering all regions of the country, there isn't a retail location we can't service. Duties/Responsibilities: Assist and support account managers with projects and various account issues. Coordinate and manage the internal workflow of sales activity generated by sales team. Submit orders and provide follow-up. Act as a customer service contact to research and resolve issues. Create various Excel reports. Regularly interact with the National & Key Account Management, Field Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Project, and Finance teams to ensure all aspects of the client experience are fulfilled in a timely and accurate fashion.
