Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of site personnel, including flights and accommodation. * Maintain accurate site records, including timesheets, rosters, and personnel files. * Provide administrative support to site management and project teams. * Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies and site consumables. * Liaise with head office for payroll & HR related matters. * Ensure compliance with site safety protocols and assist with incident reporting. * Support onboarding of new staff and contractors, including inductions and compliance checks. * Assist with reporting and data entry for project tracking and performance metrics. * Preparation of expense reports * Miscellaneous * Adhere to all corporate and project policy, processes and procedures. * Stay up to date on training as per corporate safety & cyber security programs. * Perform other projects and/or duties as directed by the Office Manager or Project Manager. * The duties outlined herein are intended to be the minimum duties expected of you by Thyssen Mining. * You are expected to use your discretion to expand upon these duties to ensure that your job mandate is met and that your performance aligns with the general spirit and intent of the duties outlined above. * You are expected to devote your best efforts to advance the interests of the employer and to perform your duties to the best of your skill and ability, as required by Thyssen Mining, under and subject to Thyssen Mining’s instruction, direction and control.
