Extra inspirerend: je spart regelmatig met Boskalis-uitvoerders en -hoofduitvoerders die op andere projecten in het land werken. Meerdere keren per jaar komen we samen voor een overleg, een werkbezoek of een inspiratiesessie, meestal met een etentje en overnachting. Een mooie manier om kennis te delen en elkaar ook buiten het project beter te leren kennen. De sfeer bij Boskalis Nederland? Functieomschrijving Bruggen, viaducten, onderdoorgangen en andere complexe betonwerken die Nederland veilig en bereikbaar houden: als uitvoerder civiel werk je aan projecten die ertoe doen! Jij staat midden in de uitvoering, houdt overzicht en stuurt je ploeg aan. Dankzij jou verloopt het werk op de bouwplaats veilig en volgens planning. Ga het maar doen! De verbreding van de A2 Vonderen-Kerensheide, de bouw van de Royerssluis of de aanleg van meerdere ongelijkvloerse kruisingen over de weg én het spoor in Vught. Het zijn nog maar enkele van de omvangrijke miljoenenprojecten waar Boskalis Nederland op dit moment aan werkt en waarvoor we uitvoerders zoeken. Op welk project jij start? Dat bepalen we samen op basis van je interesse en regio. Eén ding is zeker: het gaat altijd om een (deel)project dat technisch uitdagend is én waarin veel belangen spelen. Juist dat maakt jouw werk zo mooi. Want hoe meer stakeholders en belangen, en hoe strakker de planning, hoe belangrijker het wordt dat buiten alles klopt. Je krijgt dan ook veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid om het werk op jouw manier te organiseren. Zo ziet jouw werk eruit: Elke ochtend instrueer je het projectteam over het werk en de planning van die dag. Ook controleer je of onderaannemers leveren wat afgesproken is. Samen met de hoofduitvoerder, andere uitvoerders en de werkvoorbereider beoordeel je hoe het ontwerp buiten het beste uitvoerbaar is. Je overlegt ook met de opdrachtgever en met collega’s uit onze andere disciplines, zoals technisch managers, ecologen, risicomanagers en omgevingsmanagers. Je stuurt op de voortgang en houdt grip op de kosten. Ook denk je mee over slimme werkmethodes en over oplossingen als er iets verandert in de uitvoering. Materieel en materiaal op het juiste moment op de juiste plek? Jij regelt het, zodat het werk buiten door kan. Werkplezier op de bouwplaats staat voorop.
