RESPONSIBILITIES:

Daily Pricing Calculations: Analyze and calculate pricing from multiple data sources with precision and consistency.
Customer Invoicing: Review completed work orders daily for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.
Documentation Management: Ensure all daily paperwork is scanned and properly archived.
Reporting: Update inventory and banking reports to reflect current data.
Ad Hoc Analysis: Support the team with miscellaneous financial and operational analysis; including revenue, margin, and trend analysis.
Customer Interaction: Answer customer calls and provide top-tier service with professionalism and care. Collaborate with sales to support payment follow-ups or clarify invoice history.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree in Business preferred.
At least two years of experience in a similar role (Accounts Receivable, billing, analysis) required.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups, with the ability to transform data sets into clear reports.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team goals.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
