As the Business Development Manager, you will work with a dynamic team of professionals and develop your skills. Your duties will include but not limited to driving the company’s business growth and building market position.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field;
• Experience in business development in the CFD brokerage industry, with a proven track record of success;
• Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and services, particularly in CFD trading;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
• Strong negotiation and sales skills;
• Experience with CRM systems and other business development tools;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities;
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance issues in the CFD brokerage industry.

• Identify sales target and leaders of opinion.
• Present our products and services to new clients.
• Conduct market research on a regular basis.
• Identify key markets and provide input.
• Build strategies for specified markets.
• Plan webinars and promotions for targeted markets.
• Maintain good working relations with existing and new clients.
• Arrange meetings with existing and prospective contacts.
• Attend major industry events.
• Document business development activities.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
