Job Summary: The Dental Assistant (DA) Apprentice will participate in Jordan Valley Health’s Department of Labor Registered DA Apprentice Program, receiving on-the-job skills training and related technical instruction from the Dental Assistant Training Coordinator and other appropriately qualified Jordan Valley Health staff. The program curriculum is structured to support the DA apprentice in passing the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) Missouri Dental Assisting Skills (MDAS) exam and transitioning into a full-time DA role at Jordan Valley at the conclusion of the program.
