In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and moderating media content in Spanish to ensure compliance with community guidelines and company policies. Your contributions will help maintain a safe and engaging online environment for Spanish-speaking users. Key Responsibilities Monitor and moderate media content in Spanish according to community standards and company policies. Respond professionally and promptly to user comments and inquiries in Spanish. Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content following company procedures. Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to support content moderation strategies and enhance community engagement. Stay updated on relevant social media trends, policies, and best practices in content moderation. Assist with ensuring a welcoming and safe online environment for Spanish-speaking communities. Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in media or social media content moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred.
