The Senior Manager - Design & Delivery (COR2) at Qiddiya Investment Company plays a crucial role in overseeing the strategic design and delivery of innovative corporate infrastructure solutions. REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or similar qualifications in Information Technology or related fields.
• 7+ years of experience in IT application design, delivery, and support, with a focus on leasing systems.
• Proven expertise in managing leasing applications and workflows, including tenant management and contract lifecycle management.

• Lead the design and delivery of corporate infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and establish clear project objectives.
• Ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards throughout project lifecycles.
• Mentor and manage project teams to foster a cohesive and productive work environment.
• Provide guidance on best practices and ensure that project documentation is maintained and up to date.
• Monitor project performance and implement improvements where necessary.
