Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality and schedule adherence. Support system selection, technical evaluation, and cost control during fab build-out. 3. System Optimization & Improvement Analyze and improve existing systems for performance, reliability, and energy efficiency. 4. Serve as a technical mentor for junior engineers and support team knowledge transfer. Required Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor facility operations or fab construction. Proficient in Bulk/Specialty Gas/Chemical systems. Skilled in AutoCAD, TPM, JHA analysis, and EHS compliance.
