The Finance & Administration Officer plays a key role in supporting efficient client onboarding and offboarding, assisting new clients with account setup and establishing Direct Debit payment arrangements where required. The role involves providing clear guidance to customers on engaging with ONGC Finance, managing monthly and ad hoc invoicing and overseeing Agreement and COD invoicing cycles. In addition, the Officer is responsible for developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and working closely with the team to document, improve and refine core business processes.
