Our Onsite Specialists are proficient in server support, networking, and firewall management; and have experience with support software and security tools. Onsite Specialists provide technical, onsite support for clients and end-users by communicating with affected parties during problem management, both online and in person. This person must be physically located in or near the Rogers, AR area.
