ROLE OVERVIEW – MANAGER OF OPERATIONS (EDMONTON BASED)
The Manager of Operations (MOO) will oversee regional and project teams while embodying the company’s core values. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations (DOO), the MOO will be responsible for supporting the operational and financial performance of a portfolio that spans multiple regions and projects. The MOO will work closely with a centralized administration team and manage a team of project supervisors.
The MOO will contribute to the successful management of project operations and support revenue and profitability across their assigned regions and projects. This role involves providing feedback on both technical and process improvements, aligned with Inline’s strategic and operational objectives. As a key player in continuous improvement and process management initiatives, the MOO will help drive efficiency and innovation.
In this role, the MOO should possess a strong technical foundation, enabling them to offer valuable feedback to project teams while addressing operational challenges alongside clients. A focus on project/business development will help foster growth, ensuring that revenue generation and profitability are maximized. Strong communication skills and expertise in change management will be key to success.
The MOO will work alongside Project Supervisors and Site Managers, guiding their performance and helping ensure their success is aligned with the broader business goals. Travel to project sites and regional locations is required, with approximately 20-40% of the time spent on-site or traveling.
