What you will do Ensure and enforce regulatory compliance of the global supplier lifecycle to maintain "inspection-ready" status at all times. Lead and supervise the supplier quality team in a leadership capacity, fostering a high-performance environment. Direct the supplier escalation process, maintaining rigorous oversight of all supplier operational risks and driving robust compliance during on-boarding. Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for supplier-related escalations, ensuring Lonza sites are fully aware of risk operations.
