Emphasis is placed on accuracy and timeliness, with efficient handling of queries and data provision, including timely escalation to senior team members when required. Relationship Managers rely on the Assistant to support the promotion and servicing of electronic channels dedicated to private clients, as well as to process associated requests and enquiries. The Assistant actively participates in ongoing communication with RMs and coordinates effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the course of client-related activities. YOUR CHALLENGE Client Administration & Management Supports the RM and team in client interaction in all respects Responds to incoming calls and takes prompt action Maintains and updates records of client instructions, details, and preferences.
