Deine Aufgabenschwerpunkte:

  • Planung, Ausbau und Optimierung des Shop-Geschäfts an den Verkaufsstellen der Q1 Energie AG
  • Organisation und Begleitung der Shopumbaumaßnahmen sowie Verantwortung über das damit verbundene Prozesscontrolling für die zu verantwortenden Sortimente
  • Durchführung von Verkaufsschulungen mit Partnern und Shopmitarbeitern
  • Sicherstellung der Vermarktung der definierten Sortimente und Aktionsflächen durchVereinbarung von Rahmenverträgen mit der Industrie
  • Planung und Steuerung von Monatsaktionen durch Preisnachfrage beim Lieferanten, termingerechte - Abfrage der Aktionsmengen beim Partner und Übermittlung der Mengen an Lieferanten

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung, gerne auch erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbarer Studiengang
  • Berufserfahrungen im Vertrieb
  • Erfahrungen im Convenience Handel, vorzugsweise aus der Tankstellenbranche
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Deutschlandweite Reisebereitschaft
