About the role: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, People Operations to lead and evolve our People service delivery across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer you will oversee the daily People operations of our People and Culture function from end to end and lead a high-performing agile team. You will ensure our People systems, policies, and processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with CDC’s strategic goals. This role is instrumental in shaping the employee experience and supporting a workforce critical to Australia and New Zealand’s sovereign digital infrastructure. Other responsibilities include: Lead and manage People operations across multiple regions, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery Oversee HRIS, onboarding, benefits administration, employee records, and compliance with employment legislation Develop and refine People policies, procedures, and systems to drive efficiency and accuracy Mentor and develop a team of People and Culture professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement Act as a trusted advisor to managers and lead the business partnering practice.
