The role Our Impact Programs team is expanding the Family Concierge Program and are looking for passionate and empathetic Family Concierge Coordinator. This role is a fixed term 12 month contract, full time hours, and is based at Queensland Children’s Hospital in South Brisbane. The Family Concierge Coordinator is primarily based in hospital wards and is responsible for welcoming admitted patients and their families to their hospital ward, connecting families with Children’s Hospital Foundation programs and providing essential hospital information that supports their healthcare experience. The aim of the role is to offer practical help that has a positive impact on their hospital journey. This role also supports the wider Impact Programs team with the delivery of a suite of patient and family support programs. Additionally, it assists in identifying families who are willing to share their stories with the Foundation to assist our fundraising, marketing, and brand awareness strategies. Who are you?
