Purpose of the Role BGIS is seeking an experienced Subcontractor Manager to oversee the development, performance, and ongoing capability of a diverse subcontractor network supporting a large-scale, high-volume government housing portfolio. Reporting directly to the Account Director, you will work closely with operational teams, procurement specialists, and subcontract partners to ensure capability, compliance, and service delivery alignment across the contract. This is a highly dynamic environment where priorities shift quickly, stakeholders are diverse, and operational demand is constant. Success in this role will come from being calm under pressure, highly organised, commercially aware, and confident navigating complexity while maintaining strong relationships across all levels. You will play a key role in strengthening subcontractor performance, improving consistency of service delivery, and supporting continuous improvement across a fast-moving and demanding contract.
