This is a fulltime position with a 14:7 11 hour roster, FIFO from Brisbane or Cairns and is a great opportunity for the right person with the right experience who will deliver a hands-on proactive approach. What will you do as a Mine Site Cleaning Supervisor? you are service minded, with a desire to help improve quality of life for village residents living and working away from home. Working as a mine site cleaning supervisor you will lead a team cleaning offices, crib rooms and ablutions; however on occasions support in other operational areas if required. Maintain inventory and order cleaning and maintenance supplies Support and perform all aspects of cleaning Follow up with cleaning team and delegate work load as needed Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe work environment Deal with requests from tenants in a polite and prompt fashion and adhere to health and safety regulations Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing Ensure all cleaning products are kept in good shape and are stored according to safety regulations Perform regular and ongoing deep cleaning of all areas of the building Perform isolation cleaning duties when required We’d love to hear from you if you’ve had previous experience in the Industrial Cleaning sector working a similar role and have experience managing teams. Working on-site with our teams means you’ll be working 11 hours per day on a 14:7 roster , often in extreme environments. So, having a good level of fitness will help you get through each day!
