You will work closely with site‑based and central stakeholders, creating strong partnerships to enable safe, reliable and sustainable asset performance. Reporting to the General Manager Bauxite and Alumina, you will be accountable for implementing Rio Tinto’s Asset Management strategy while supporting leaders and teams through change, capability uplift and continuous improvement.
