Your role:
We are looking for a talented SAP Functional Consultant to join our IT Operations team. In this role, you’ll be supporting our Sales function by designing, developing, and delivering solutions across the SD module. You’ll also be responsible for administering support functions, managing change control, and assessing system and process enhancements to improve efficiencies and stability.
You’ll ensure compliance with our safety and sustainability policies, address user issues promptly, and propose system enhancements. Collaboration is key, so you’ll work closely with the Architecture function and Technical Analysts to design solutions. You’ll also participate in project activities, shape discussions on best practices, and manage system upgrades and regular product updates. Additionally, you’ll handle support functions, including change control and documentation.

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience in an ECC6 environment, specifically in the Sales and Distribution (SD) module.
• Tertiary level qualification in Information Technology is desirable.
• Proven history as a power user within a business is a plus
• Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of business processes and their relation to system processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with various project management methodologies is highly valued.
