You know how to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, and you thrive in environments where change is constant and pace is high. Reporting to the General Manager – Human Resources, you’ll be a trusted partner across the business. Whether you’re based in Toowoomba, Brisbane Ports, or Hamilton (QLD) and this role offers hybrid working. You’ll be empowered to lead initiatives that matter, including:

• Designing and delivering a strategic people plan
• Coaching leaders in modern, values-led leadership
• Supporting EA negotiations and industrial relations activity
• Embedding our values in everyday decision-making
• Activating talent and driving learning and development
• Supporting key people initiatives like goal setting, performance reviews, employee surveys and talent reviews
• Managing employee relations issues with confidence and care
• Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and awards
• Acting as a connector between our HR specialists and the business—solving problems and making things happen
