The Program Delivery Manager is responsible for managing projects related to Automation & Software implementation and providing support to clients as an account manager. Identifying, assessing and escalating risks or issues promptly and working with relevant stakeholders to develop mitigation or resolution plans Driving accountability and optimising capacity by coordinating internal teams to ensure adequate resourcing and skill alignment for project needs Ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards, adhere to contractual or regulatory requirements and the proper systems are established for reporting and transparency for both internal and external stakeholders Gathering feedback and recommending improvements to enhance future delivery whilst managing change to scope, schedule and budget and maintain consistency What You Bring to the Team: 10+ years of experience in project and account management, within the supply chain and WMS industry. Proven ability to manage complex, cross functional projects with multiple stakeholders and project streams and leading complex software implementations exceeding $1M in value. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Skilled in project management methodologies; PRINCE2, SCRUM, or Agile certifications preferred.
