ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is about driving AI into the heart of our ServiceNow practice. While Fujitsu has a long AI history, our ServiceNow unit is now accelerating its own AI journey. Your mission is twofold: accelerate cutting-edge ServiceNow AI adoption for our clients, and rigorously optimise our own operations using AI for peak productivity.
Reporting to the Director of Professional Services, you’re a pragmatic visionary someone who can turn AI’s potential into real-world value. In our fast-paced, collaborative culture, you’ll define how our ServiceNow practice uses AI, delivering top outcomes for clients and boosting our own efficiency. You’ll bridge the gap between AI’s promise and its practical application, building confidence and fostering adoption across our teams. Though an individual contributor, your influence will span our global delivery team, including regional COEs, and technical leadership, critical for our future direction and business success in a rapidly evolving market.
