What this job involves We have a range of opportunities in Facilities Management services across the national, rural and remote site portfolios or locations where clients do not have embedded staff, including managing service contracts, related budgets and tenant liaison to facilitate works. This comprises various types of properties across multiple JLL Client Accounts. This IFM On Demand role supports the Client Account teams in meeting their obligations under the Management Agreement. Your responsibilities will include special projects, Client Account Team relief, inspections, mechanical, electrical, fire & security systems maintenance, cleaning & waste management, energy management, occupational health & safety management, supplier management, Emergency Response, capital works projects and financial management & reporting against agreed budgets.
