Achieving Quality and Productivity targets are a key deliverable for this role. It will be crucial to develop excellent relationships with Customer Service, PDI and Service to be successful in this role. What you’ll do Ensure compliance with all Terex policies, procedures and work instructions, documented quality system, and all OH&S procedures and policies. Assist with receiving duties such as unpacking of parts, checking off goods and transacting into system, labelling and putting away of parts. Assist with the picking and packing of orders and dispatching to both internal and external customers. Assist with taking phone calls from both internal and external customers ensuring we meet the customers’ expectations. Assist with monthly cycle counting. Operating the forklift for unloading and loading of trucks and storage of pallet racking in addition to refuelling and conducting general safety checks. General housekeeping and all other duties as required. What you’ll bring Strong knowledge and experience in warehousing operations. Strong computer literacy. Good mechanical aptitude. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent customer service skills & problem-solving skills.
