An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic, committed and customer service focused Maintenance Officer to join our team at Coastal Waters Village.
This friendly community offers breath-taking panoramic views of St Georges Basin, in the heart of Jervis Bay, this seaside community offers incredible resort-style facilities and a vibrant and supportive village environment.
As a Maintenance Officer at Keyton you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties by undertaking maintenance activities and providing excellent customer service to our residents. We are seeking a proactive individual with strong communication skills, strong computer skills and a knack for problem-solving.
You will support our close-knit team on a part-time basis. No weekend work!

• Make Room for Kindness: Treat all residents with respect and kindness, addressing their maintenance concerns with empathy and understanding.

• Lead with Heart: Perform all duties with integrity and honesty, ensuring transparency in all maintenance activities.

Shifts

• Thursday: 9am - 5pm
• Friday: 8am - 4pm

About You

The successful applicant will have demonstrated competence as a maintenance assistant or handyperson or experience in a similar role, as well as:

• Be organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks
• Effective communication skills
• Understanding of machinery use and tools required for the job
• Currently hold an Australian Drivers Licence
• A current First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain one)
• Computer literate e.g. basic knowledge with using Excel, Word, Outlook, Apps
• The ability to take initiative and be pro-active
• The ability to work individually and in a team

Relevant internal training and inductions will be provided to the successful candidate on-site.
