Your activities Accurately extract and verify asset, maintenance, and financial data from NetSuite for import into IBM Maximo. Validate source data, ensuring alignment with predefined templates and master lists. Enter, upload, and cross-check data in Maximo to maintain accuracy and completeness. Maintain clear documentation and tracking logs for all data migration activities. Liaise with Fleet, IT, and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies or data validation issues. Assist in testing imported data within Maximo to ensure correct mapping and functionality. Support the Fleet Operations team with any follow-up corrections or updates post-import. Qualifications & Experience Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in data entry, ERP system management, or database administration. Working knowledge of NetSuite, IBM Maximo, or similar ERP / Asset Management systems preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleaning, etc.). Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle high data volumes and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and coordination skills.
