The Role

As Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations while leading and developing a team to achieve high service standards.

Your focus will be on:

• Coordinating day-to-day logistics and operational activities
• Ensuring service levels and delivery performance are consistently achieved
• Supervising, scheduling, and developing a team of staff
• Driving efficiency and improving operational processes
• Managing reporting, performance metrics, and operational outputs
• Acting as the key link between frontline operations and leadership

This is a hands-on role where you'll lead from the front and be actively involved in the operation.

About you

You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and is ready to step up into a more structured leadership role.

You'll bring:

• Proven experience in 3PL logistics, freight forwarding, or distribution operations - (essential)
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and manage a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
• Experience working in high-volume, time-critical environments
• A proactive mindset with a focus on improving processes and efficiency
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage across all levels
• Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
