Stellenbeschreibung Aufgaben Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den B2B-Sales- & Partnerschaften-Bereich in unserem 5-köpfigen Team. Nach der Einarbeitung managest du diesen Bereich eigenständig und baust ihn strategisch aus. Du strebst langfristig erfolgreiche Partnerschaften an, die über mehrere Jahre durch Spenden an ForTomorrow wirkungsvollen Klimaschutz voranbringen, sei es, dass sie den eigenen unvermeidbaren CO₂-Ausstoß ausgleichen oder B2B2C bzw. B2B2B Klimaschutz-Angebote für ihre Kund:innen ermöglichen wollen. Du managest den Sales-Prozess vollumfänglich: Du akquirierst Kunden über eine proaktive Ansprache und über verschiedene Kanäle (E-Mail, Telefon, Social Media, Networking) sowie auf Konferenzen, Messen und Events. Dabei analysierst und optimierst du den Sales-Prozess fortlaufend, um so die Abschlussquote zu steigern. Je nach Unternehmensprofil entwickelst du Strategien zur Lead-Generierung, setzt Prioritäten, erstellst passende Angebote, führst Verhandlungen und bringst diese erfolgreich zum Abschluss. Du nutzt und pflegst die bestehenden CRM-Tools (HubSpot) zur Identifizierung und Dokumentation von Interessenten.
