Job Description Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues across Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones). Assist with setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware systems. Support and administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Device Enrollment Programs (DEP). Maintain and update IT asset inventory using tools such as Snipe-IT and Jira Assets. Respond to and resolve service requests using a ticketing system. Assist with basic networking tasks, including troubleshooting connectivity issues and supporting Wi-Fi access. Support software installations, updates, and configuration management. Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when required. Document procedures, troubleshooting steps, and asset changes.
