Description du poste Le ou la responsable de la chaîne d’approvisionnement – Composants électriques, électroniques et d’automatisation supervise l’approvisionnement, la gestion des fournisseurs et la planification des matériaux pour tous les composants électriques et électroniques utilisés dans les systèmes d’automatisation de Vention, incluant les capteurs, les circuits imprimés (PCB), les faisceaux de câbles, les moteurs et les modules de contrôle. Relevant du ou de la gestionnaire de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, ce rôle de leadership assure l’alignement stratégique des achats, de l’inventaire et du soutien aux nouveaux produits (NPI) avec les objectifs d’ingénierie et de fabrication de Vention. Vous dirigerez une équipe d’acheteurs et collaborerez avec les équipes d’ingénierie, de production et de qualité afin d’assurer des chaînes d’approvisionnement fiables, économiques et évolutives. Ce poste combine une expertise approfondie de la catégorie, une prise de décision basée sur les données et le développement de fournisseurs pour optimiser la qualité, les coûts et la performance des livraisons dans toute la chaîne de valeur de l’électronique et de l’automatisation. Responsabilités principales Diriger l’approvisionnement et les achats de composants électriques, électroniques et d’automatisation (PCB, faisceaux, capteurs, contrôleurs, moteurs). Élaborer et exécuter des stratégies de catégorie pour optimiser les coûts, les délais et la performance qualité des fournisseurs. Collaborer avec l’ingénierie sur les initiatives NPI et DFM afin d’assurer la fabricabilité, le coût et la disponibilité des nouveaux produits. Gérer les relations fournisseurs, incluant les évaluations de performance, les analyses de risques et les initiatives d’approvisionnement stratégique. Négocier les contrats, les prix et les ententes d’approvisionnement à long terme pour soutenir la croissance de Vention. Superviser les processus de planification ERP/MRP afin d’assurer l’exactitude des données maîtres, des délais et de la visibilité des inventaires. Travailler avec la qualité et l’ingénierie pour gérer la qualification des fournisseurs, les processus PPAP/FAI et la documentation de conformité. Suivre les tendances du marché dans les secteurs de l’électronique, de l’automatisation et des semi-conducteurs pour anticiper risques et opportunités. Mettre en œuvre des initiatives Lean et d’amélioration continue pour accroître l’efficacité et réduire les gaspillages. Encadrer et développer les acheteurs ou spécialistes juniors, en favorisant une culture d’excellence opérationnelle et de croissance professionnelle. Qualifications Baccalauréat en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, en génie électrique ou dans un domaine connexe; une maîtrise ou une spécialisation en chaîne d’approvisionnement est un atout. 3 à 4 ans d’expérience en approvisionnement ou en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement axée sur les composants électriques, électroniques ou d’automatisation. Solide compréhension des assemblages électroniques, PCB, capteurs, faisceaux de câbles, moteurs et systèmes de contrôle industriel. Maîtrise des systèmes ERP/MRP et des outils d’analyse de chaîne d’approvisionnement; expérience avec SAP ou Odoo un atout. Compétences avérées en leadership, négociation et gestion de fournisseurs dans un contexte manufacturier mondial. Expérience en soutien aux NPI et en application des principes DFM pour les systèmes électroniques ou mécatroniques. Succès démontré en développement de fournisseurs, gestion des risques et initiatives de réduction des coûts. Connaissance des environnements manufacturiers axés sur le Lean, l’ISO ou la qualité.
