Sous la responsabilité du superviseur comptes fournisseurs, le(la) commis aura comme principales tâches d’agir à titre de personne ressource auprès des fournisseurs. Concilier les états de comptes des fournisseurs avec la ventilation chronologique, faire les corrections et préparer le paiement des fournisseurs tout en maximisant les escomptes de paiement Vérification et comptabilisation des rapports de dépenses Vérification et comptabilisation multiples analyses des cartes de crédits corporatives Émettre les paiements tout en respectant les différents termes de paiements (TFE, chèques, virements bancaires) Comptabilisation des factures mensuelles ainsi que leurs paiements dans le système comptable Vérification des factures de dépenses via le logiciel Capture point Comptabilisation de facture d’inventaire (3 way match) Participer à certaines analyses dans le cadre du dossier annuel de vérification Qualifications Minimum 2 à 3 ans d'expérience aux comptes payables Détenir de l’expérience dans une entreprise traitant un grand volume de factures DEP ou DEC en comptabilité terminé Bilinguisme (français/anglais niveau avancé) requis en raison des activités de l'organisation à l'échelle nationale et de la nécessité d'une communication efficace entre les différentes régions.
