Assurer le démarrage de l’équipement chaque matin incluant le département de Brochettes, Coupe de viande, Cuisson et Emballage pour assurer que l'équipement est dans l'ordre approprié avant l’arrivée des superviseurs; Meneur et responsable pour l’application du programme de cadenassage incluant une formation sur le plancher pour les surveillants et les chefs d’équipe; Prend l'initiative et démontre une bonne conduite; Assurer de commander les pièces manquantes ou défectueuses pour l’équipement dans l’usine, s’occuper du renvoi une fois requis, et préparer les papiers si nécessaire; Ajustement de service, équipement de traitement de réparation et de maintenance dans tous les départements; Participer à des projets spéciaux; Être responsale d’assurer la qualité et salubrité des produits, et de rencontrer les exigences du programme SQF durant les tâches assignées; Assurer le remplacement du personnel clé en tout temps.
