Nous avons un poste ouvert pour un agent de sécurité afin de travailler à la fois dans nos installations de Saint-Hubert et de Chambly. Poste permanent à temps partiel (16 heures par semaine) : Samedi et dimanche, de minuit à 8H Relevant du chef de la sécurité, vous serez responsable d’assurer la sécurité des employés et des biens de Techo-Bloc, en collaboration avec une équipe d’agents dynamiques et motivés. Notre candidat idéal prône la discrétion et la courtoisie et agira comme modèle et référence dans l’application des politiques de l’entreprise. Voici un aperçu de vos tâches : Assurer la couverture dans nos installations de Chambly et de Saint-Hubert ; Agir de manière proactive afin de détecter, surveiller et signaler toute menace à la sécurité - situations dangereuses, comportements suspects ou autres préoccupations, en informant rapidement le Chef de la sécurité ; Assurer une surveillance continue des lieux à l’aide du système de caméras et des alarmes (intrusion, incendie), et intervenir rapidement en cas d’alerte ; Effectuer des patrouilles régulières à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur des installations, à pied ou en véhicule, conformément aux protocoles établis ; Réagir de manière appropriée lors de situations d’urgence (vol, intrusion, altercation, incendie, etc.), incluant des interventions physiques au besoin (évacuation, premiers soins) ; Communiquer avec les services d’urgence au besoin et collaborer efficacement avec les premiers répondants ; Appliquer les politiques et procédures de santé et sécurité au travail afin de favoriser une culture de prévention ; Résoudre les situations conflictuelles en collaboration avec les gestionnaires concernés ; Contrôler l’accès aux installations, notamment l’accueil des visiteurs, fournisseurs et autres intervenants ; Rédiger des rapports d’événements clairs et détaillés afin de documenter les incidents et conserver les preuves ; Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe. Qualifications Détenir un permis du Bureau de la sécurité privé (BSP) valide ; Minimum 6 mois d'expérience en sécurité ; Détenir une certification valide de secouriste en milieu de travail ; Détenir un permis de conduire valide - pas plus que trois points d’inaptitude ; Capacité à soulever, déplacer ou manipuler divers objets (charges allant jusqu’à 50 lb), avec de bonnes habiletés psychomotrices ; Être en mesure de rester debout ou de marcher pendant de longues périodes ; Excellente acuité visuelle ; Capacité à réagir efficacement et rapidement en situation d’urgence ; Capacité à courir, s’agenouiller, s’accroupir, se déplacer rapidement et à utiliser des équipements de sécurité ; Solides compétences en analyse, jugement, gestion de crise et résolution de problèmes ; Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles : sens de l’observation, maîtrise de soi, travail d’équipe et communication efficace ; Bilinguisme (français/anglais), un atout (la connaissance de l’anglais est requise afin de pouvoir répondre à la clientèle basée aux États-Unis et à l’extérieur du Québec).
