We are now looking for our next Airport Security Manager who will lead our aviation security team and ensure the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer service.
Qualified applicants will be eager to bring their leadership and operational expertise into a fast-paced environment where they can support their team, manage daily operations, and ensure smooth day-to-day security performance at the airport.

QUALIFICATIONS TO BECOME AN AIRPORT SECURITY MANAGER

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in aviation/airport security is required
  • Strong knowledge of Transport Canada regulations, airport operations, and aviation security standards
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and develop a large team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Professional deportment and the ability to remain calm and authoritative in high-pressure situations
  • Physical ability to conduct patrols, respond to incidents, and support frontline staff when required
