Job Overview Reporting to the Operations Manager, as the Saw Operator you are responsible for cutting lumber accurately according to order specifications using a variety of saws. You work in a safe manner, and adhere to Qualico’s Safety Program. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Reviewing work instructions and determining the accurate lumber required for the job. * Inspecting quality and storing lumber in designated areas. Replenishing and organizing raw materials at the station. * Ensuring lumber is sawed accurately according to specified dimensions and angles. * Examining work orders to determine appropriate procedures and proper setup of equipment.  * Working safely and complying with all health and safety procedures and policies.
