JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic To-go Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our restaurant and our guests, ensuring that all to-go orders are accurately prepared and delivered with exceptional service. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide outstanding customer service will enhance the dining experience for our guests who choose to enjoy their meals at home or on the go.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or food service
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Neat hand writting
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Accurately take and process to-go orders using hand written methods we use no computers, no pos systems (old school)
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation of orders.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with menu selections and answering any questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all packaging materials are stocked and readily available.
• Handle phone calls with professionalism, taking orders efficiently while demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
• Ensure that all to-go orders are packaged securely for transport, including proper labeling and presentation.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance guest satisfaction and streamline order processes.
