Description du poste Nous recherchons un Administrateur Système Salesforce expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Le candidat idéal aura plus de 3 ans d'expérience dans l'administration de Salesforce, avec une solide compréhension des fonctionnalités et des meilleures pratiques de la plateforme. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec diverses parties prenantes pour assurer le bon fonctionnement et l'optimisation de notre environnement Salesforce. Responsabilités principales : Administration de Salesforce : Gestion des utilisateurs, des profils, des rôles et des permissions. Configuration et personnalisation des objets, des champs, des mises en page, des flux de travail, et des flows. Gestion des règles de validation (Validation Rules) et des processus automatisés. Maintenance et mise à jour du système pour assurer sa performance et son efficacité. Maintenance et Support : Assurer la maintenance quotidienne de la plateforme, y compris les sauvegardes et la sécurité des données. Fournir un support technique aux utilisateurs et résoudre les problèmes liés à Salesforce. Surveiller les performances du système et proposer des améliorations. Gérer et exécuter les mises à jour du système Salesforce, incluant les tests et les validations.
