We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a full of potential and reliable Tendering Engineer - E&I to join our top qualified and knowledgeable team in Dubai, UAE What you will need to do: • Study & review Invitation to Tender (ITT), technical specifications, datasheets, drawings, and scope of work related to Electrical & Instrumentation systems. • Identify scope boundaries, technical requirements, and project risks associated with the E&I discipline. • Prepare technical clarifications and tender queries when required. • Develop detailed cost estimates including direct costs (materials, labour, construction equipment) and indirect costs. • Prepare unit rate build-ups and pricing analysis using historical cost data and productivity norms. • Assist in preparing technical and commercial tender submissions. • Maintain organized estimation records, cost databases, and tender documentation.
