You will contribute to the growth and improvement of CIS P2P marketplace, ensuring seamless operations and an excellent user experience. What You’ll Be Doing Collaborate with the product team to improve the P2P platform by suggesting new features and tracking ongoing product requests. Work closely with the customer support team to address and resolve P2P-related inquiries efficiently. Manage relationships with merchants, including onboarding new applicants, assisting with social media communications, and facilitating fast issue resolution. Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to identify market trends and best practices. Gather and analyze user feedback through various channels.
