The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neonatal intensive care and a desire to make a real impact in the lives of newborns and their families. Key Responsibilities:- Provide specialized care for critically ill or premature newborns in the NICU, from admission to discharge.- Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests, and recommend appropriate treatment plans.- Monitor infants closely, identify any changes in their condition, and respond accordingly.- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care.- Educate parents on neonatal care, feeding techniques, and infant development.- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records of patients.- Stay up-to-date with advancements in neonatal care and apply new techniques and treatments when appropriate.- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and follow safety protocols.- Train and supervise junior medical staff and support the professional development of colleagues.
