FINANCE ASSOCIATE, MILK SUPPLY

We are looking for a dynamic Finance Associate to partner with our Milk Supply team, providing strategic insights and driving financial performance. You will be part of our Commercial Finance team and play a key role ensuring the competitiveness of our main ingredient, milk.

More concretely, you will:

• Partner with the Head of Milk Supply to deliver financial insights and recommendations
• Drive the data-driven decision-making across the organization
• Develop and maintain reporting requirements to support structured performance management
• Ensure accuracy of the intake volumes and their financial implications
• Meet monthly reporting requirements and ensure smooth month-end processes
• Monitor volumes and costs and provide difference analysis
• Work with external stakeholders to ensure timely receipt of required information

To succeed in this role, You should:

• Be proactive, results-driven, and eager for continuous improvement
• Have 2-5 years of relevant financial experience
• Have a keen financial acumen with an understanding of management reporting
• Possess strong MS Office skills (mainly Excel), SAP knowledge preferable
• Have strong communication skills in both English and Finnish
• Exhibit strong analytical skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback
• Have keen eye for detail
• Be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
