La risorsa selezionata avrà il compito di supportare il team nelle attività di gestione clienti, sviluppo delle vendite e gestione delle trattative commerciali. Mansioni principali: Gestire e mantenere i rapporti con i clienti esistenti e nuovi Supportare nella preparazione di offerte commerciali e contratti Monitorare e analizzare le vendite, proponendo azioni correttive e migliorative Coordinare con il reparto logistico per garantire la disponibilità e la consegna puntuale dei prodotti Elaborare report e analisi per il monitoraggio delle performance commerciali Collaborare con i vari dipartimenti aziendali per ottimizzare i processi e migliorare il servizio offerto ai clienti. Requisiti richiesti: Diploma di maturità o laurea triennale, preferibilmente in ambito commerciale, economico o GDO Esperienza pregressa, anche breve, in un ruolo commerciale o amministrativo, preferibilmente nel settore della GDO Buona conoscenza degli strumenti informatici (Microsoft Office, CRM, software gestionali) Ottime capacità comunicative e organizzative, orientamento al cliente e al risultato Attitudine al lavoro in team e capacità di gestire situazioni complesse.
