Identificare segnali precoci di malfunzionamento e intraprendere azioni preventive. Gestire il ciclo di vita degli incidenti: registrazione, classificazione, priorità, coordinamento della risoluzione e comunicazione agli stakeholder. Contribuire alle attività di Problem Management, analizzando cause radice (RCA) e proponendo azioni correttive permanenti. Collaborare con team di sviluppo, operations e sicurezza per migliorare la resilienza dei sistemi. Documentare procedure, knowledge base e reportistica di incidenti e problemi. Supportare la definizione e il monitoraggio di KPI/SLAs relativi alla qualità dei servizi. Chi stiamo cercando Esperienza in ambienti di Service Management ITIL (Incident, Problem e Change Management). Buona conoscenza di sistemi operativi (Windows, Linux) e architetture applicative distribuite. Utilizzo di strumenti di monitoraggio (es. Dynatrace, AppDynamics). Capacità di correlare eventi tecnici a impatti sul business orientati alla trouble prevention. Conoscenza di metodologie di analisi RCA (Root Cause Analysis). Ottime doti di comunicazione e collaborazione cross-team. Attitudine al lavoro sotto pressione e gestione delle priorità. Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria o discipline affini (o esperienza equivalente). Almeno 5 anni in ruoli analoghi di monitoring, incident o problem management. Certificazioni ITIL Foundation (auspicabile), altre certificazioni tecniche considerate un plus. Preferibilmente Inglese scritto e parlato a livello professionale.
