Azienda operante nel settore sistemi per il comfort abitativo ricerca un/una Area Sales Manager da inserire nel proprio team commerciale, con l’obiettivo di sviluppare il business e gestire le relazioni con clienti e partner sul territorio di competenza. Mansioni principali: Gestione e sviluppo del portafoglio clienti esistente; Acquisizione di nuovi clienti e apertura di nuovi mercati; Definizione e implementazione di strategie commerciali per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita; Supporto tecnico-commerciale nella presentazione dei prodotti e soluzioni di comfort abitativo; Analisi del mercato e monitoraggio della concorrenza; Preparazione di report periodici sull’andamento delle vendite e delle attività commerciali. Requisiti richiesti: Esperienza pregressa in ruoli commerciali B2B, preferibilmente nel settore impiantistico, comfort abitativo o soluzioni tecnologiche per la casa; Ottime capacità relazionali e di negoziazione; Orientamento al risultato e capacità di lavorare in autonomia; Buona conoscenza degli strumenti informatici e CRM; Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio di competenza; Laurea o diploma in ambito tecnico, commerciale o gestionale (preferibile).
