Descrizione del lavoro Cosa farai come Digital Account Manager: Gestirai un portafoglio di clienti B2B strategici ad alto valore, focalizzato sui servizi di Digital Marketing, gestendo le fasi di Onboarding e di Farming in collaborazione con il CSM Sarai il partner strategico per i tuoi clienti, conducendo Business Review periodiche (QBR) e fornendo analisi di performance avanzate per guidare l'ottimizzazione del loro investimento. Massimizzerai la Customer Lifetime Value e la fidelizzazione dei clienti B2B attraverso l'identificazione e l'esecuzione di strategie di crescita e up-selling mirate.
