La risorsa sarà il primo punto di contatto per clienti e collaboratori, garantendo un servizio cortese e organizzato, in linea con le procedure aziendali. Attività previste: accoglienza di clienti, visitatori e fornitori, con registrazione e gestione degli accessi; gestione del centralino e smistamento delle chiamate ai reparti competenti; ricezione, protocollazione e inoltro della corrispondenza cartacea ed elettronica; pianificazione e aggiornamento dell’agenda appuntamenti e delle sale riunioni; supporto alle attività di segreteria amministrativa e aggiornamento dei dati nel gestionale aziendale; collaborazione con il team interno per la gestione delle attività quotidiane e la comunicazione tra reparti.
